The Challenge

Our Approach

BlastOff used industrial laser cleaning to remove the rust from the affected steel members without abrasive media, chemicals or significant waste. This approach left the steel clean and immediately ready for coating, avoiding the containment and dust management that abrasive blasting would have required. Protective coatings were then applied directly onto the laser-cleaned surface, with the process managed to keep disruption to the surrounding warehouse operation to a minimum throughout.
