IBIX Thermoplastic coating, built around the PHC (PolyHotCote) flame-sprayed polymer powder range, is the gold standard for long-term anti-corrosion protection of structural steel, galvanised steel, and aluminium.

Why Polyfusion for Pools®

Traditional pool coatings — chlorinated rubber, acrylic, two-pack epoxy, and plaster; degrade under constant chlorine exposure, UV, and waterline calcium build-up. Most pool paints last 2–5 years before recoating is required, with each cycle meaning weeks of downtime and lost revenue.

Polyfusion eliminates these problems by fusion-bonding a continuous thermoplastic membrane to the pool shell , chemical-resistant, UV-stable, non-porous, and field-repairable.
The pool is back in service in days, not weeks, and the finish is designed to last many years between maintenance cycles.

IBIX Polyfusion® thermoplastic coatings are supported by independent testing and international performance benchmarks, including DIN 51130 (slip resistance), EN 13813 (screed compliance), pull-off adhesion testing, and ASTM / ISO chemical and abrasion methodologies. Polyfusion is also approved for drinking water and food contact.
